Terms & Conditions

  1. We take our service commitment to our clients very seriously.
  2. We pride ourselves on the standard of service we provide to all our clients. We want to make sure our services meet with your expectations.
  3. We will agree with you in advance the level and scope of service you need and we will provide.
  4. We will always represent your BEST interests.
  5. We will keep your business confidential at all times.
  6. We will discuss with you what you hope to achieve for your business and agree with you in advance and confirm in writing what we will provide.
  7. We will give you clear advice that you can understand.
  8. We will make sure you understand what we are going to provide.
  9. We will make sure you understand the risks involved in following your instructions if they differ from our advice.
  10. We will only charge what we have agreed with you and confirmed in writing, via a letter of engagement or consultancy agreement. If we cannot fix a fee, we will agree the basis rate of our charges with you and give you some idea of the total cost. If any unforeseen additional work becomes necessary we will inform you immediately and of the estimated cost in writing before any extra charges and expenses are incur. If we cannot give you an idea of the total costs, we will:
    1. give you a general forecast, with a possible range of costs;
    2. explain why a forecast is not possible but indicate costs for each stage of the work; or agree a cost limit and review date as appropriate.
  1. We will provide if required weekly or monthly updates on contract matters.
  2. We will keep you up-to-date with our progress and forward documents for authority and sign-off upon completion.
  3. We will bill you either weekly or monthly as agreed in writing in advance.
  4. We will deal with your work quickly and to the best of our ability, we expect the same in return, our payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice, unless agreed in writing.
  5. We will always stride to deal with your queries as quickly as possible.
  6. We will consider all your comments about our service. If you feel you are not receiving the service you hoped for, please tell us immediately. Your suggestions can help us to improve the service we give all our clients.
  7. We operate a complaints procedure, which is available upon request.
